Welcome to VIVA Brilliance. By using vivabrilliance.com, booking an appointment, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. About Us

VIVA Brilliance LLC provides eyelash extension and esthetics services by appointment at our studio in Vancouver, WA 98664. Contact us at 971-249-2487 or [email protected].

2. SMS Text Messaging Terms

Program description. VIVA Brilliance sends appointment-related text messages only: booking confirmations and appointment reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Consent. By checking the consent box on our booking form and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive these text messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can also book by calling or emailing us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your appointments.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Appointments and Booking

  • Appointments can be booked through our website, chat, phone, or email.
  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to respect the next client’s time.
  • Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and without eye products on your lashes.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be affect future booking. We understand emergencies happen and will consider them case by case.

5. Health and Safety

  • Please tell us in advance about allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, recent eye procedures, or medications that may affect your service. We may decline or modify a service if we believe it is unsafe.
  • Eyelash extension products involve adhesives, and reactions are possible even without prior history. You agree to follow our aftercare instructions and to contact us promptly if you experience irritation.
  • Please do not book if you have an eye infection or active irritation, and please let us know if you are unwell.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods: Сash, credit and debit cards. Because services are personalized, we do not offer refunds once a service is completed. If you are unhappy with your results, contact us within 3 days and we will gladly review and, where appropriate, adjust the work at no additional charge.

7. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when booking. Content on this site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to VIVA Brilliance LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIVA Brilliance LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Clark County, Washington.
